Expert testing, without consuming developer’s time

In just over two months of work, STB’s test team thoroughly tested the operational security of the new infrastructure, reducing project risks, the project demanded the design of comprehensive plans that included the automation of critical cases, which allowed for efficient time management and greater test coverage and capacity.

This project served as a kick-off for the implementation of regression and performance testing of its systems, taking advantage of the assets generated by STB.

The management of the testing project and the design of a strategic quality plan led by STB for this project allowed SCOTIABANK to speed up the development of other applications that needed to ensure confidence, efficiency and continue to provide excellent service to its customers.
